MSEI / Manufacturing software
Rebuilt manufacturing data analysis.
Built and launched an application across three departments. Cut image review from 35 to 18 seconds.
- Context
- Manufacturing teams were working with legacy software and manual analysis. I saw an opportunity to bring review, comparisons, and production visibility into one application.
- Approach
- I independently built the MES Data Analysis Tool, including module comparisons and manager dashboards for production progress and nonconformances. I launched it in February 2026 and continue to own its maintenance and backlog priorities.
- Result
- The application replaced the legacy tool for about 20 users across three departments. Image review time dropped from 35 to 18 seconds, a 49% reduction.
- Ongoing
- I also built a tool that generates thousands of comparison charts within and across manufacturing orders, replacing manual Excel charting. Integration into the MES application is in progress.
MSEI / Process improvement
Removed a redundant production test.
Led the analysis and approvals to save over $80K annually and remove a day from production.
- Context
- A Flying Probe Test added time and work in process to manufacturing. Removing it required evidence that its test coverage was redundant and agreement across the teams responsible for production quality.
- Approach
- I led the coverage analysis and secured approval from Quality, Manufacturing, and senior management to remove the redundant test.
- Result
- The change saved over $80K annually, cut one day from production, and reduced work in process by a one-time $250K. The inventory reduction is separate from the recurring annual savings.
BracketIQ / Product ownership
Built a sports platform from the ground up.
Co-founded a product spanning web, iOS, and Android, from event discovery to registration and scoring.
- Context
- A sports discovery platform needs useful events before organizers begin adopting it. The product also needs to work for the people actually running and playing in a tournament.
- Approach
- I originated BracketIQ, share product direction, and lead early marketing. I introduced event and league aggregation to populate discovery, then tested registration, brackets, scoring, and payments in a live tournament.
- Result
- BracketIQ spans web, iOS, and Android. Customer feedback led to team invitation links that do not require collecting teammates’ email addresses, making the invitation process simpler.
PostHog / Creative automation
Made technical storytelling repeatable.
Produced technical videos and built reusable animation workflows for faster revisions.
- Context
- Technical product concepts need a clear visual story. Delivering multiple videos also means keeping revisions efficient and the visual language consistent.
- Approach
- I translate client scripts into finished videos, shaping animation direction and visual execution with the PostHog team. I build reusable AI-assisted animation workflows and templates to support the production process.
- Result
- Reusable workflows enable faster revisions, consistent branding, and efficient delivery across concurrent projects.
